Popetto is an authorized online retailer for all the designers that we stock. We guarantee that all items in our range are 100% authentic.

Is this item in stock?
All products displayed are in stock, unless there is a ‘Sold Out’ shown. Please be aware that although an item is in your bag, another customer can still purchase it unless your order is completed. If an item you wish to buy is sold out, please email for enquiries on when we are restocking. 

What payment methods are accepted at Popetto?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
How do I use my discount coupon codes?
To use your discount codes; click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the Popetto page. Then click on 'Go to shopping cart'. From here you can apply your code into the Discount codes box.
 What countries does Popetto ship to? 
Currently, we only ship to Australian addresses. However, international addresses will be accommodated in the near future. Please contact for all enquiries.

Does Popetto ship to multiple addresses?
No, unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, separate orders will be required for each address.

Is my shipment insured?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Popetto to the shipping address. Once the items are delivered to the specified to the delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Why haven't I received a purchase confirmation email?

Does my designer branded item come in its branded packaging?
The listing for each item will often indicate whether it comes with the designer packaging. Occassionally a product will not come with branded packaging as the company has not provided us with any.
Why are my tracking details unavailable?
Occassionally the delivery service is delayed in updating the details online. Please contact should you have any concerns.
