We are more than happy to exchange or refund any item which is faulty. Please note, we do not exchange or refund any items due to change of mind or wrong decision.
Refunds and exchanges can be obtained where certain conditions are met:
- Goods are returned within 14 days of receipt;
- Goods must in original saleable condition, unworn and unwashed with all labels and tags attached; and
- Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item/s for an alternative item/s, please enclose with your item/s a postage paid self addressed post bag and the tax invoice. Please contact email@example.com for a Exchange Number.
If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.
To obtain a refund please return your purchase inclusive of the tax invoice to the below address.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you would like to obtain a refund. A Refund Number will be issued to label your return package. A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Return postage costs for items received that are faulty or not as ordered will be incurred by Popetto.
